Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide and may vary slightly by garment, brand, manufacturer, or production method.

We cannot guarantee that every product description, photograph, measurement, or other piece of information on the Site will be completely free from errors.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, or discontinue products at any time.

MADE-TO-ORDER GRAPHIC APPAREL

Many Velvet Howl graphic apparel items are produced specifically after an order is placed.

Because these items are made to order, graphic apparel is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please carefully review garment color, product descriptions, and other product information before purchasing made-to-order merchandise.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following purchases may be considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Made-to-order graphic apparel
Personalized or customized merchandise
Special-order merchandise
Gift cards
Clearance merchandise specifically marked Final Sale
Other products identified as Final Sale on the applicable product page

A Final Sale designation does not prevent you from contacting us if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

RETURNS

Velvet Howl offers a 30-day return policy on eligible curated merchandise only.

You have 30 days from the date your eligible item is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

Unworn
Unused
Unwashed
In the same condition in which it was received
Returned with original tags, when applicable
Returned in its original packaging, when applicable
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be authorized by Velvet Howl before merchandise is shipped back to us. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your merchandise is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, contact us at velvethowlsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order information and photographs clearly showing the issue when possible.

We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Claims submitted outside the stated reporting period may be evaluated at our discretion.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and may vary based on your delivery location, order size, weight, shipping method, and carrier.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Certain made-to-order, specialty, limited-run, or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside Velvet Howl's control, including weather, carrier delays, holidays, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

LOST, STOLEN OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking around your property, contacting household members or neighbors, and contacting the applicable shipping carrier.

Velvet Howl will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping concerns, but we are not responsible for theft or loss occurring after a carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided with the order, except where otherwise required by law.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the Site are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, promotional errors, or inaccurate product information.

If an error affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order when appropriate.

Many Velvet Howl graphic apparel pieces are produced specifically after an order is placed.

Because these garments are made to order, all graphic apparel is considered Final Sale and is not eligible for return or exchange, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected size, color, garment style, quantity, shipping information, and other order details before completing their purchase.

Once a made-to-order item enters production, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.

SECTION 5 — FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following purchases are considered Final Sale unless otherwise stated:

Personalized or customized merchandise

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons including sizing preference, color preference, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

However, if a Final Sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Velvet Howl within the timeframe described below.

Velvet Howl offers a 30-day return policy on eligible curated merchandise only.

Customers have 30 days from the date an eligible item is delivered to request a return.
